here i am posting the way to get 100% working free gprs on pc with your reliance.it works in all the states,this is not a new trick.

procedure:::

step1:connect ur pc to net with rcommms or rcomwap apns in the pc suite
step2:install proxifier 2.91 given below
step3:in proxifier,goto options->proxy settings,click on add option and type the proxy 10.239.221.22 and port 8080 and select https in the choices,nothing else
step4:in options,goto advanced->http traffic
in adress bar

174.142.24.201:3128/?id=jCustomerWAPProv&

in port

3128(same as given port in adress)

NOTE-
*you can also use this proxy 217.113.59.44:8080 in front of "/?id=jCustomerWAPProv&"
and change port to 8080
